    DESCRIPTION:  Theory and rationale for developing language and literacy in two or more languages. Focus on the development of a variety of language arts and literacy instruction, techniques, methods, and theory in K-12 dual immersion classrooms.

    DESCRIPTION: Supervised practice in public school dual immersion settings, including conducting formative evaluations, designing instruction based on formative evaluations, implementing that instruction, and then evaluating the students' academic and language (English & target) performance.
