Cap and Gown Information

Each student that participates in commencement and convocation during graduation must wear the appropriate cap and gown. Order yours through BYU Alumni. They have specific information about when to order, pick-up, and return your rental. They also have videos with instructions on how to wear hoods, caps, and gowns.

Cap and gown rental prices range from $39.99 to $74.99 and include a tassel that should be worn on the front-left side of your cap
